ICBEST provides a worldwide forum for the exchange of information and discussion of recent developments in Building Envelope Engineering. It aims to bridge the gap between researchers, engineers, designers and manufacturers to enhance the exchange of ideas between them. An equally important objective is the application of new findings to the development of design, manufacturing and construction methods and the codification of information for practicing engineers and architects.
BCBEC in cooperation with NRC-IRC is hosting the ICBEST 2010 conference.

Delegates will have full access to the conference, Sunday's Reception, Tuesdays' Banquet,
Monday through Wednesday Coffee Breaks and Lunches as well as a copy of the proceedings.
Early Bird Registration to the conference is $599.00 plus GST
After May 28, 2010 $699.00 plus GST
STUDENT REGISTRANTS (DELEGATES)*
Student Registration to the conference only is $150.00 plus GST
This includes breakfast, lunch and proceedings.
Reception and Banquet is an additional $130.00 plus GST .
*All Student Registrants MUST present valid student identification at registration desk at the conference.

Morning tour at Richmond Speed Skating Oval and Hillcrest Park Center.
Bus will leave the Hotel at 8:30 am and return at 12:00 pm.
Afternoon tour at the Vancouver Convention Center
Group will leave the Hotel at 1:30 pm.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS / UNITS
This conference offeres engineering professionals and technicians an opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEU), which are recognized nationally as a measure of continuing competency. During the Registration on June 27th, you will be able to fill out documentation authorizing transfer of your CEU records to the Engineering Institute of Canada's official registry.
REFUNDS
Registrants (Delegates) who wish to cancel will receive a refund (subject to a $100 administrative fee plus GST) if their request is made in writing (fax to 604-943-3541) and received by our office at least ten working days before the conference date. Substitutions are permitted.
